Step 1: Submitting a Return or Exchange Request
The customer sends a return request with reasons in writing to Info@onaturalspa.com. Within 7 days from the date you received the product.
Step 2: Petition review
The company will verify the purchase information and contact you within 1-3 business days to notify the results of the approval. The Company may need to estimate and schedule an appointment to receive the product back from you or request additional supporting documentation.
Step 3: Product Return
The company kindly asks customers to wrap the products carefully to prevent breakage during transportation before delivering them to the company. Once the Company has received the product returned from you, we will immediately process the refund for you.
Step 4: Refund
The company will start the refund process for you when the product arrives in perfect condition according to the conditions and will refund you within 7 working days by transferring money to the customer’s savings account. In the event that customers order via credit card, we will process the refund for you within 7 – 14 days.
Conditions for returning the product cover the return of the product due to the customer’s irritation or severe allergy, in which the customer can contact the company to verify the facts of the problem. Must be used no more than one-fourth of the product packaging quantity as specified on the product label by submitting a complaint to the company with the name of the purchaser and a call-back number. Including the name of the product that caused allergies together with a medical certificate, the company will be happy to exchange or return it to you.
All orders will generally ship within 1 business day from the day of order placement. During peak times orders may take 2-3 business days to ship from the day of order placement.
Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays.
- Orders placed over a weekend will ship the following business day.
- All delivery times are based on business days.
- We do not export to other countries.
- We do not ship to customers outside Thailand.
Due to the impact of COVID, carriers are no longer offering guaranteed delivery for any expedited service chosen and will not provide refunds should a package not arrive according to the service chosen.
